Are these lab grown diamond rings?
Yes. Every stone MERVAUX sets is a lab grown diamond, in solid 14K gold, 18K gold or platinum 950. Rings with an individually graded center stone list that stone's IGI report number in the details on the product page.
Can I get a ring resized?
Most solid gold and platinum bands can be resized by a jeweler, usually within one or two sizes in either direction. Bands set with stones all the way round, and bands with a very thin profile, are the harder cases. Each product page lists the size the piece is made in.
What carat size looks right on a smaller hand?
Proportion is decided by how the cut spreads the weight, not by the carat number. An oval or a pear at a given carat covers more of a finger than a round of the same weight, by roughly five to ten percent, because the outline is elongated. A round brilliant at the same carat reads more compact and sits lower.
Do you sell engagement rings?
MERVAUX sells solitaires and diamond bands that are bought for that purpose, and loose certified stones that can be set into a piece made to order. There is no separate bridal line, because a ring's use is decided by the person wearing it rather than by the category it was filed under.
Can I return a ring?
For eligible items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
