About Necklaces

Lab grown diamond necklaces and pendants on solid gold chains, 38 to 55 cm. Length is decided against a neckline rather than by a number, and two chains worn together is a decision rather than a stack. Made to move with you.

Are these lab grown diamond necklaces?
Yes. Every stone is a lab grown diamond, set in solid 14K gold, 18K gold or platinum 950. Pieces with an individually graded center stone list that stone's IGI report number on the product page.
What chain lengths are available?
The length of each piece is listed in the details on its product page. If a different length is needed, ask at sunny@xdiamondinc.com before ordering rather than after, because most chains are simpler to make to length than to alter.
Can a diamond necklace be worn every day?
Solid gold and platinum chains with securely set stones are made for it. The two things that shorten a chain's life are sleeping in a fine chain and pulling it over a sweater. Clasps are the part that wears first and the part a jeweler can replace.
How do I layer necklaces without tangling them?
Separate the lengths by at least two inches and vary the chain weights, so a finer chain sits above a heavier one rather than beside it. Two chains of the same gauge at similar lengths will find each other within an hour of wear.
Can I return a necklace?
For eligible items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email sunny@xdiamondinc.com to request a return. Once accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. See our refund policy for full terms.
